ONE Global Changemaker Awards 2023 Entry Form

Please complete the form below to enter a constituent to the ONE Global Changemaker Awards 2023.

There are two categories: members of the public, and schools. 

You can make as many nominations in each category as you wish, using one form per nomination, provided that each nomination meets the eligibility criteria. 

Please refer to the full terms and conditions of the Awards (“Terms”) for these criteria and other Awards rules.

It is essential that you have the informed consent of the nominee to share their contact details and story with ONE before making a nomination. You may wish to direct them to the Awards Fair Processing Notice for details of how ONE will process their information. We will also process your own information under this Notice.

After receiving a nomination, we will contact your nominee(s) to obtain their consent to proceed under the Terms.  If you have questions about the Awards, the Terms, or the Fair Processing Notice, please email eden.duggan@one.org The closing date for nominations is 30 September 2023 at 23.59 BST.
